I saw a post on Edtwt that was a repost of a tik-tok. It was a lady talking about how she expected to "have a petite daughter" after having her son before cutting to a photo of her large baby. Then it cuts to a lady jokng about how it's recommended to start the generational trauma once they're older.

All but one qrt was acting like this lady was ridiculous. I do not trust a single person on there that says they are feminist because of this. It's SO clear to see that it's sexist. She is perpetuating the idea that women need to be smaller than men, and pushing this idea on to someone that is a baby.

The fact that it was a baby seemed to add to its ridiculousness to people because they won't remember but I truly think that makes it worse. Why are you already enforcing gender stereotypes at a time when men and women share the least differences? What do you think this person is going to say to and expect of their daughter as they get older?

IDK that post just put me off so bad, really, some of the dumbest people in the world with no sense of awareness. I get that they are suffering under these standards too, but come the fuck on. These small things feed into the larger issue.
